What do you do for a living?

I am an attorney in the field of clean tech/construction who has worked in CA and FL and am looking to relocate and explore job opportunities in DC.

Do you currently attend church? Where? If no - are you looking for a church home?

Not in Va, but I am a member of a fla church and attended in San Fran. I will be staying in the DC area til June 30 only to look for homes and neighborhoods there, see if I like it for relocating, so, yes, I'd be interested in exploring churches as something for us to consider on the homebuying front.

What area do you live in?

lol. N Va / Florida / San Fran. A little bit of a gypsy :)

Why are you interested in joining group?

My Dad will be in Bethesda looking for a place out there; I am exploring neighborhoods and houses in N Va. for me an my fiance until June 30. So...I'd like to to hang out with fellow Christian females while I am in the area, even if it might only be one or two meetups. Plus, I'd love to get "ya'lls" opins on homebuying in this area. (what to avoid, what commutes are workable or not, etc). I have never lived here.
